According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, “on January 29, 2021 a manager with Sherwin Williams advised that an unknown male had made multiple in store purchases using stolen credit card numbers.”

The locations where fraudulent purchases were made are listed below:

  • 10090 Bluebonnet Blvd.
  • 5807 Siegen Ln.
  • 20012 Old Scenic Hwy.

All of the transactions took place “between the dates of January 8, 2021 and January 25, 2021.”

Between those dates, the suspect allegedly took $3,299.58 in materials that are usually used for construction.

“According to the complainant, the suspect would select the items he wished to purchase and then contact someone over the telephone who would provide the credit card number for the purchase to the Sherwin Williams employee.”

Authorities would like you to keep an eye out for a black 2012 Chevrolet Camaro (TX LIC. HZL 5455).

EBRSO believes that is the suspect’s vehicle.

If you have any information on the identity or location of this man, please call EBRSO at 389-5009 or Greater Baton Rouge Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-7867.
