BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – 53-year-old Jason Allen Miller is facing multiple charges after a recent arrest by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office (EBRSO).

On Nov. 7 at 2 p.m., deputies were called to the home of an alleged underage sexual assault victim.

EBRSO said the 17-year-old victim was walking outside when an SUV approached and the person inside questioned whether she was selling narcotics. The driver also “flashed what appeared to be a shield style badge at her which caused her to stop,” according to the affidavit.

The affidavit states that the driver then got outside of the car and put the 17-year-old in handcuffs. She was placed inside the truck directly behind Miller and states she saw a pistol inside the truck.

At some point, the 17-year-old began to record what was happening inside the vehicle.

After being taken to a nearby park, the victim states that the white male driver got in the backseat with her. Armed with a ‘stun gun,’ Miller allegedly forced the underage girl to have oral sex and intercourse with him. Eventually, the underage girl was let go and law enforcement was notified of the situation.

The victim was presented with a photo lineup and identified Miller as the person who raped her.

Miller is facing these charges:

  • Two counts of First Degree Rape
  • False Impersonation of A Police Officer
  • False Imprisonment

The 53-year-old was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on November 10.

Miller’s bond has been set at $300,000.

“Our detectives have been working around the clock to identify and locate the suspect in this heinous crime,” Sheriff Sid Gautreaux said. “We are asking anyone with further information concerning this incident or other similar incidents to please contact law enforcement immediately.”
