BAKER, La. (BRPROUD) – The majority of customers in the City of Baker have power restored as of Friday, according to Entergy.
Entergy reports approximately 11 Entergy customers in the area are left without power. Those customers are located in the area of Miracle Church on Main Street and Twin Oaks Drive.
Entergy says these delays are due to overhead high voltage transmission lines which fell into Entergy’s lower voltage distribution lines below in that vicinity.
Estimated transmission repairs might not be completed until Saturday, Sept. 4.
