BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Explore different cultures at the third annual International Cultural Festival at Kenilworth Science and Technology School this Saturday, May 7.

The festival takes place from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Kenilworth says students and staff will perform multi-cultural dances and songs, as well as serve bites from all over the world. Other activities at the festival include an artwork display, bounce houses and mazes.

A few of the countries to be featured at the festival are Honduras, Azerbaijan, France, Greece, Jamaica, Lebanon, India Thailand and Turkey.

“We are always excited to celebrate the diversity of our staff and students,” Kenilworth Executive Director Hasan Suzuk said. “This event is a way for our students to expand their knowledge about different places around the world while allowing staff to share a part of their cultures.”

Tickets for the event will be $5 for individuals and $10 for a family of four.
