UPDATE: Honey has been found.
On Wednesday morning Joe and Sarah Gibson received a call from a man who found their beloved dog Honey laying on his front porch off of Plank Road.
The Gibson’s say their dog came home hungry and thirsty, but most importantly unharmed.
The stolen truck has not been located. The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Police confirm a vehicle was stolen today from a gas station parking lot, along with the family dog.

Sometime this afternoon, a white Dodge pick-up truck was taken from the RaceTrac gas station on Essen Lane at I-10. The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office is handling the investigation.
