Firehouse Subs Franchisees Adam Ratliff and David Ratliff brought Prairieville its first Firehouse Subs location on Wednesday.

The father-son entrepreneur duo opened their first Firehouse Subs restaurant in 2015 in Gonzales, according to Firehouse Subs spokesperson Gianna Perera.

“We’re so grateful for the community support we’ve received in Gonzales which has allowed us to achieve our dream of owning a family business,” Adam Ratliff said. “We’re excited to expand our business and start serving the Prairieville community through hearty, flavorful food and heartfelt service.”

The new location will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. It will operate at 25% capacity until phase two of reopening on Friday, at which point it will operate at 50% capacity for in-house dining.

Customers can also order from the location via the Firehouse Subs app or website. Take-out orders are also accepted.
