Former LSU quarterback Joe Burrow teams up with Walk On’s for “Dine for 9” event

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Former LSU quarterback, Joe Burrow, is teaming up with Walk On’s to be able to make a difference in the community.

The Joe Burrow Foundation and Walk On’s will be putting on a special event called “Dine for 9” on Saturday, Sept. 9 at participating Walk On’s restaurants. According to the Joe Burrow Foundation, nine percent of sales will go towards helping families get needed resources such as food.

The following locations include Baton Rouge’s Burbank Drive and Towne Center locations, Denham Springs, Brusly, Zachary, Prairieville and Gonzales (Tanger).

According to a release from Walk On’s, eating at any of the participating locations will give customers an opportunity to donate to the Joe Burrow Foundation’s crucial work in the community.
