BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Funeral arrangements for a pregnant woman who was shot and killed in Baton Rouge on April 16 were announced on Monday.

Kerisha Johnson, 36, was shot to death in the 10000 block of North Carrollton Avenue, according to Baton Rouge police. Three suspects were arrested in connection to the shooting — Marques Porch, 19, Gregory Parker, 19, and Derrick Curry, 19. All three face charges of second-degree murder and first-degree feticide.

Funeral services for Johnson are set for Saturday, April 29 at Bethany Church-North in Baker. The viewing will be from 9-11 a.m. and the Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11 a.m.

A Southern University spokesperson said Johnson was the daughter of university police department employee Deputy Kevin Johnson.
