Hit and run suspect turns himself in, sheriff’s office says

LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) – The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office said the suspect of a hit and run in Livingston Parish turned himself in.

The suspect, 35-year-old Timothy Gerald, was in custody at the Livingston Parish Detention Center on Tuesday morning. He faces charges of felony hit and run and driving under suspension.

He bonded out of jail on an amount of $25,297.
