BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Several organizations and nonprofits will be giving away toys to Baton Rouge boys and girls this Christmas. Here is a list of organizations participating in this year’s giving season in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Baton Rouge City Constable Office Toy Giveaway

Where: First location on Wednesday: Lillies Restaurant (5735 Silverleaf Avenue); second location on Thursday: Leo S. Bulter Center (950 E. Washington Street)

When: Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 12 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 22 at 12 p.m.

The Salvation Army Food Drive

Where: 7361 Airline Highway

When: Thursday, Dec. 22 at 10 a.m. until out of supplies

Note: Valid ID and utility bill are required to receive a box of food.

Councilwoman Coleman’s Christmas Giveaway

Where: Leo S. Butler Center (950 E. Washington Street)

When: Thursday, Dec. 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Holiday Toy Giveaway hosted by Councilman Cleve Dunn, Jr.

Where: Idea Bridge School (1500 N. Airway Drive)

When: Thursday, Dec. 22 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Unity in the Community Christmas Drive

Where: BREC Admin Building (6201 Florida Boulevard)

When: Saturday, Dec. 24 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
