IBERIA PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) — A two-week narcotics investigation by the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office (IPSO) resulted in the arrest of six people.
IPSO deputies recovered two UTV’s, stolen items and seized illegal narcotics. Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office and the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office assisted in the case.
IPSO said the following were arrested and booked into the parish jail:
36-year-old Jeremy Watterson
- 2 counts of criminal trespassing
- 2 counts of theft over $5,000
- 1 count of illegal possession of stolen property
- 2 counts of obstruction of justice
- 2 counts of simple criminal damage to property
- 3 counts of criminal conspiracy
- Transferred to Vermillion Parish Jail
51-year-old Tommy Callais
- 1 count of principal to theft
- 1 count of illegal possession of stolen property
- 2 counts of criminal conspiracy
- 2 counts of possession of Schedule II (Meth)
- 1 count of second or subsequent offense
- 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia
- 1 count of introduction of contraband into a penal facility (Meth)
- Bond set at $16,000.00
43-year-old Kevin Landry
- 1 count of principal to theft
- 1 count of illegal possession of stolen property
- 1 count of criminal conspiracy
- 2 counts of possession of schedule I (Marijuana and Ecstasy)
- 2 counts of possession of schedule II (Crack Cocaine and Meth)
- 1 count of introduction of contraband into a penal facility (Meth)
- Bond set at $9,000.00
47-year-old Chad Broussard

- 1 count of criminal trespassing
- 1 count of criminal conspiracy

37-year-old Russell Barrilleaux
