BATON ROUGE, LA (BRPROUD) IDEA Public Schools will be offering free curbside meals to all children under the age of 19 in each of their regions.
All IDEA schools in Baton Rouge and New Orleans will have meals available. Meals in New Orleans are available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and meals in Baton Rouge are available from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
“At IDEA Public Schools we understand that many of our students rely on us for needs beyond academics,” says Irma Munoz, IDEA Public Schools Chief Operating Officer. “We are very thankful that we have the opportunity at IDEA Public Schools to offer free meals at all of our campuses throughout Texas and Louisiana.”
All meals are provided via drive-thru only. All children are eligible for meal service at any IDEA school location.
