ZACHARY, La. (BRPROUD) — A juvenile was accused of touching himself while looking through a residence window on Tuesday morning.
According to a post on the Zachary Police Department’s Facebook account, officers received a call around 6:30 a.m. Officers found the suspect outside of a home and the suspect fled the area. After a short chase, it was determined that the suspect was a juvenile.
The juvenile was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, obscenity, peeping tom, and resisting an officer.
