Chef Jesus Arguelles, head chef at the Red Lotus Asian Kitchen in L’Auberge

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Chef Jesus Arguelles, head chef at Red Lotus Asian Kitchen inside of L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge, brought home the gold in the Meat & Poultry category of the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience Culinary Awards (NOWFE).

Chef Arguelles’ award-winning dish was his Korean Bulgogi with Crawfish Fried Rice and Housemade Kimchi.
