BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD) – Two chefs at L’Auberge Baton Rouge won two awards at the
Baton Rouge Epicurean Society’s Fête Rouge Awards.

Chef Eric Sibley, chief of the kitchen at 18 STEAK, and Chef Jesus Arguelles, chief of the kitchen at Red Lotus Asian Kitchen, won gold and bronze awards for their dishes. Sibley won gold in the Louisiana Flavors category for his local pork tenderloin stuffed with Foie Gras sausage. Arguelles won bronze in the Meat category for his Korean BBQ Banh Bao.
