Law enforcement searching for 18-year-old suspect in Denham Springs shooting, Zachary armed robberies

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Denham Springs Police Department and the Zachary Police Department are searching for an 18-year-old suspect accused of shooting a Denham Springs woman during a burglary and committing armed robberies in Zachary.

The suspect is 18-year-old KeJuan Kentrell Jenkins of Denham Springs.

He’s accused of committing a rash of vehicle burglaries in Denham Springs last week and shooting a woman who allegedly caught him rummaging through her vehicle that was parked outside of her home.

Jenkins is also wanted by the Zachary Police Department on three counts of armed robbery.
