Law Enforcement to increase patrols in Livingston Parish to protect citizens from drunk drivers

LIVINGSTON PARISH, La (BRPROUD)- Starting Aug. 20 to Sept.6, Livingston Parish citizens can expect to see an increase in police patrol in the area.

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with several other local law enforcement agencies will increase patrols in an effort to protect citizens from those who drink and drive.

This initiative is apart of their “Drive Sober or get Pulled Over” campaign, urging motorists to drive carefully and comply with all Louisiana Traffic regulations.
