LDH: State closing in on 700,000 Total COVID-19 Doses Administered

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – There has been an increase of 37 deaths in the state since Thursday, Feb. 11.

There are 1,156 new coronavirus cases in the state, according to the Louisiana Department of Health.

The Louisiana Department of Health also reported that there have been 9,276 deaths total in the state from the novel coronavirus.

There are now 361,861 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the state of Louisiana, according to the Louisiana Department of Health.

There are 1,001 now COVID-19 patients in hospitals.

As of February 8, 380,673 people are presumed to have recovered from COVID-19.

As of Friday, February 12, the state has administered 699,334 COVID-19 doses.
