Livingston Parish man facing 500 counts of child porn to be arraigned

Randy Miller, a former Livingston Parish Boy Scout leader will have his day in court following his arrest on child pornography charges.

Miller’s initial arrest was in November 2019.

His bond is set at $50 million dollars after his arrest of 500 counts of child porn involving children below the age of 13.

The Boy Scouts of America put out a statement soon after his arrest saying he has been banned from any future scout activities.

Miller will be arraigned at the Livingston Parish Courthouse at 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.
