LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) — A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in Livingston Parish.

On Monday, Aug. 7, Cameron Fox, 25, was killed in the Springfield area. Deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested two men and a third, unidentified teen.

Lorenzo McFarland, 19, Laterrice Davis, 19, and a 17-year-old are facing multiple charges. McFarland was charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery. Davis was charged with principal to first-degree murder and principal to armed robbery. The teenager was charged with principal to first-degree murder and armed robbery.

The sheriff’s office said that a fourth suspect was caught in Panama City Beach, Florida. Devion Miller, 22, is being held on warrants for the principal to first-degree murder and principal to armed robbery.

The sheriff’s office thanked the Northwest Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for their assistance.

The shooting is still being investigated.
