DENHAM SPRINGS, La. (BRPROUD) — A third suspect was taken into custody after a shooting that occurred on Labor Day around 4:30 p.m. in Denham Springs.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested DaJuan Pierson, 19, of Baton Rouge Wednesday, and charged him with three counts of attempted second-degree murder and one count of aggravated criminal damage to property.
Detectives believe Pierson was the suspect who fired shots, according to the sheriff’s office.
The two other suspects previously arrested in connection to the shooting are Alexis Scott, 18, and Maura Banks, 18.
