A first of it’s kind housing conference is coming to the capital city.
The Louisiana Housing Coporation is hosting an inagural event on housing in the capital city area.
The conference will cover a number of topics aimed at putting housing first.
The three day conference is set for Tuesday, April 2, 3 and 4 at the Hilton Convention Center in Downtown Baton Rouge.
Organizers say this event is a good opportunity to make community connections and discuss an initiative to inform municipalities and communities about leveraging federal and state resources.
