BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Priority consideration for student tickets this year will be given to those students who have had a COVID-19 test completed and reported to the university any time after August 15, 2020.
According to the latest data, more than 700 cases have been reported on campus since August 15th.
The upcoming football season will have many changes starting with Tiger Stadium opening at 25 percent capacity. Fans who go to the game will be required to wear face masks on campus and inside the stadium, physical distancing will be mandatory and tailgating will not be allowed.
The clear bag policy remains in place, but fans are encouraged not to bring bags into the stadium. All transactions will be cashless. Cash-to-card kiosks will be available.
For the 2020 student tickets will only be offered as individual game tickets. With capacity limits we will try and accommodate interested students with at least 1 game of their choice. Students can fill out their requests by logging into their online account at LSUTix.net.
All student tickets will be reserved seating for the 2020 season as well as meeting socially distant guidelines as set by the CDC and state health officials. Students will receive information regarding the game(s) they will receive as well as information on how to link their tickets together in a later email.
The deadline to place your request for the 2020 season is Thursday, September 17th at 5 p.m.
