LSU vs Texas; Who can stand the heat?

Local News

If you missed tonight’s match up between the LSU Tigers and the Texas Longhorns, then you missed a really good game.

For a long time during the first half the Tigers kept the Longhorns at bay as they ran the ball down the field.

Even though there were several Tiger injuries throughout the game, LSU still managed to break some major records for their franchise.

This is the first time LSU had three receivers run over 100+ yards a piece in one game.

This is also the first time that LSU beat an AP Top 10 non-conference team on the road.

Lastly, Joe Burrow became the first LSU quarterback to throw 400 passing yards against an AP opponent since Rohan Davey in the 2002 Sugar Bowl against Illinois according to ESPN.

What a night for the Tigers! They will face Northwestern State University next week in Death Valley.

Tiger Nation are you ready? It’s time for some good ol’ LSU Football!

The question of the day is who will be able to stand the Texas heat and the Tigers face the Texas longhorns tonight.
