Macy’s, Make-A-Wish to replace toy collection of local 3-year-old lost in Hurricane Ida

BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD)- Macy’s and the Make-A-Wish foundation will partner up to replace the toy collection of a 3-year-ol Acadia lost due to Hurricane Ida.

Acadia, who is diagnosed with Metabolic Disorder, will be celebrated by the Macy’s Mall of Louisiana, Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana chapter, and will have a special visit from Toys “R” Us, Geoffrey the Giraffe.

Acadia will enjoy an in-store shopping spree at the Mall of Louisiana on Dec. 17.
