BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — An arrest has been made in connection to the December shooting death of a 25-year-old on N. Lobdell Boulevard.

Detectives and U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Jecody Spann, 26, of Baker on Tuesday, Jan. 18. Spann was booked into EBR Parish Prison and charged with second-degree murder and illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities.

On Dec. 8, Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) detectives began an investigation into the morning shooting death of 25-year-old Brandon Williams.
