Man driving without seatbelt dies in Livingston Parish

LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (BRPROUD)- Louisiana State Police is investigating a car accident which took the life of Percy Dunn, 45.

According to police, Dunn’s vehicle ran off the roadway to the right and struck a tree bordering the roadway. Dunn and his passenger did not have a seatbelt on.

Dunn passed away at the scene, the passenger sustained injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
