BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – With coronavirus cases continuing to climb heading into the holiday season, mobile COVID-19 testing sites say they’re seeing a big jump in people showing up to get tested.
That is why Ascension Parish leaders partnered with Ochsner Health, to make drive thru testing available to people at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center.
Testing is free and no one will be turned away.
Those who want to get tested are asked to bring their ID and an insurance card if available.
Through a partnership with Ascension Parish, Ochsner Health is making drive thru testing available at the site.
This site opens on Thursday, December 3rd at 9 a.m. and runs until 3:00 p.m.
