LAKE CHARLES, La. (BRPROUD) – Anti-Microbial Reduction equipment will be installed at the McNeese State University Women’s Volleyball team’s locker room.

This equipment will break down dangerous microbes in the air and on surfaces, keeping the environment safe for the team.

Anti-Microbial Reduction takes oxygen and humidity from the air and converts it into a more safe form of hydrogen peroxide as a gas form. It also breaks down microbes and disinfects hard-to-reach areas.

Once installed the new device will reduce microbes up to 99.8 percent in as soon as two hours, according to Consolidated Services of North America spokesperson, A.J. White.
