Ochsner providing COVID-19 vaccinations and free skin cancer screenings in the Baton Rouge area

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Ochsner in Baton Rouge is providing COVID-19 vaccinations and free skin cancer screenings during the week of June 14.

All three COVID-19 vaccines will be available throughout the week.

Ochsner says patients receiving the Pfizer vaccine at the clinic on Friday, June 18 can, if they choose, receive a free skin cancer screening.

Health officials from Ochsner say the Pfizer vaccine is available to anyone age 12 or older, with parental consent for minors, and the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are available to anyone age 18 or older.
