BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD) –The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating an early morning shooting that has left one person injured.
Officials say the shooting happened around 12:30am (Nov. 9) in the 1800 block of South Sherwood Forest Boulevard.
According to Police, the victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
