NEW ROADS, La. (BRPROUD) — The 13th annual Harvest Festival on False River will return to the City of New Roads during the first weekend of November.
The festival will be from Friday, Nov. 3 to Sunday, Nov. 5. The festival will open with a parade at 5 p.m. Friday and the weekend will be filled with carnival rides, arts and craft vendors, opportunities for agriculture education and more.
There will also be contests for locals to participate in, such as decorations, artistry and cooking. The festival supports the efforts of the agriculture-based community in New Roads.
Tickets are $5 per person and $10 for an entire weekend pass. Tickets do not include the carnival rides, according to the festival’s website. The festival is located at 211 W. Main Street. Buy tickets here.
