Sheriff’s Office searching for missing 73-year-old man with dementia

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 73-year-old man with dementia.

The man, Willie Jackson, was last seen on Pontotoc Street on Thursday morning between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., according to EBRSO. Authorities said he was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, jogging pants, black shoes, and a beanie-style cap.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call EBRSO at 225-389-5000 or Crime Stoppers at 225-344-STOP.
