Six people displaced after Cloud Drive apartment fire, no injuries reported

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Six people living on Cloud Drive were displaced after an apartment fire on Tuesday, Oct. 12.

The fire was started due to an unattended candle, according to a Baton Rouge Fire Department (BRFD) spokesperson. The fire had spread to the back of the building before it was extinguished by BRFD.

No injuries were reported, according to BRFD. Red Cross was called in to assist the people displaced by the fire.
