BIRMINGHAM, AL (BRPROUD) – One of collegiate sports’ premiere conferences is allowing its student-athletes to resume workouts on campus this summer.

According to SEC Sports, the league is allowing voluntary in-person activities to resume June 8 at the discretion of each university.

Only certain activities will be allowed depending on the school’s plan and certain health guidelines.

The SEC had suspended all athletic activities through May 31 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
