St. John the Baptist Parish to hold paper shredding day for residents

EDGARD, La (BRPROUD) – St. John the Baptist Parish is hosting a clean-up day for residents to clean their homes following the drastic impact of Hurricane Ida.

Parish officials are hosting Shred Day on Saturday, Nov. 6 at two participating locations. The first location will be Juan Anthony Joseph Memorial Park from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The second location will be the Regala Gym from 10 a.m. until noon.

Residents can get rid of old bank statements or other outdated records by shredding them on Saturday. Shred America is a veteran-owned paper shredding provider that specializes in secure document shredding.

The park is located at 3445 Hwy 18 in Edgard, La. The gym is located at 200 Regala Park Road in Reserve, La.
