BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A Texas man pled not guilty in front of a federal grand jury Tuesday on child pornography charges.

James Martin, 50, sent more than 250 sexually explicit videos and photographs of young children to an undercover Federal Bureau of Investigation agent in the Middle District of Louisiana between July 2022 and August 2022, according to U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Gathe, Jr.

Martin is facing a three-count indictment for the distribution of child pornography.

Gathe, Jr. says the incident is being investigated by the FBI, the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, and the Panola County, Texas Sheriff’s Office.
