THIBODAUX, La. (BRPROUD) – Authorities are asking the public for help in locating the shooting suspect.

The suspect has been identified by police as 30-year-old Jordan Dunbar Sr.

He is wanted for Attempted Second Degree Murder. His bond is set at $500,000. Police said he has other non-related warrants for his arrest totaling a $75,000 bond.

Dunbar was last seen in a silver early 2000s model Chevrolet Impala.

THIBODAUX, La. (BRPROUD) – Thibodaux Police detectives are investigating a shooting that left one victim seriously injured.

The shooting took place at 3 p.m. on the 1100 block of Tiger Drive, according to police.

Police Chief Bryan Zeringue said the victim was transported to a hospital to receive treatment for their life-threatening injuries.
