TANGIPAHOA PARISH, La (BRPROUD) — Three suspects were arrested in connection with the disappearance of a missing 22-year-old in Hammond.
During the investigation, The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO), along with the members of the Louisiana Search and Rescue went to Singing Waterfalls Road in Husser on Aug. 3 where they located the remains of Tywonne “Day Day” Neal.
According to authorities, Neal was reported missing on July 17.
TPSO connected 20-year-old Zoei Casnave, 24-year-old Dominick Brumfield, and 22-year-old Milton Clark III to the disappearance of Neal.
Casnave and Brunfield were both arrested by TPSO on Aug. 3.
Clark was arrested by the U.S. Marshal Service along with Customs and Border Patrol while working on a tugboat in the Gulf of Mexico. Milton was transported and booked into a correctional facility in Texas and will be transported back to Louisiana at a later date.
All three suspects will be charged with first degree murder, armed robbery with a gun, and obstruction of justice.
