Tonight – Cloudy, cold and brisk. Winds chills in the lower 30s. Lows near 38.
Tomorrow – Clouds decrease. Still breezy and much cooler. Highs near 49.
Extended – Expect a light freeze for Friday and Saturday night. Temperatures will hover well below normal for much of the next seven days. Temperatures will plunge again by Monday. Some wintry precipitation is possible late Sunday – Monday. The current timing is very crucial. If the rain arrives Sunday night, the cold rain will have a better chance to make the transition to a wintry mix (rain, sleet, snow). However, if the rain arrives midday on Monday, the cold rain will likely stay as cold rain at the surface. Regardless of the form of precipitation, overnight lows will, once again, plunge below freezing.
