BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD)- East Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a truck theft that happened at the Racetrack on Essen Lane on Jan. 12.
A dog was in the truck at the time of theft and the family is offering a reward for the dog and hoping for a safe return.
This is an ongoing investigation.
