Two Baton Rouge COVID-19 testing sites close after this weekend

BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD) – Two vaccination centers operated by Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge will close effective Monday, Sept. 27.

Testing sites at Essen Lane and Constantin Blvd. in Baton Roton will close after normal hours on Sunday, Sept. 26. Livingston Parish will also have a site close after normal hours at 5000 O’Donovan Blvd. in Walker.

The testing site in Baton Rouge that will remain open is located at 1961 Starine Lane. The site is open Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, the site opens at 8 a.m. and closes at noon.

An Our Lady of the Lake Hospital testing center will remain open in Gonzales. This site is located at the campus of Our Lady of the Lake in Ascension Parish in the Medical Plaza I parking lot. The site is open Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, the site opens at 8 a.m. and closes at noon.
