BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Three people were hurt in an overnight crash around 2:20 a.m., according to EMS. Louisiana State Police confirmed that the crash involved two vehicles and it took place at the intersection of Airline Highway and Siegen Lane.

Firefighters with the St. George Fire Department extricated one person from a vehicle. EMS confirmed that three people were taken to a local hospital and one of those patients was in critical condition.

State Police said the investigation into this crash remains ongoing.
