BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The father’s side of 2-year-old Mitchell Robinson‘s family is taking action against the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services.
This comes after the Senate Select Committee on Women and Children questioned DCFS about the overdose death of the toddler.
Three law firms have come together to take legal action against DCFS.
Details about the impending civil action against the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services will be made known at a Wednesday morning news conference.
In a press release, Haley & Associates did talk about how DCFS “failed in its most fundamental, basic, and necessary duty.”
