PORT ALLEN, La. (BRPROUD) — A man was found dead behind a business on the 100 block of Lobdell Highway in Port Allen on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
West Baton Rouge deputies responded around 3:30 p.m. According to the West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, no foul play is suspected and at this time it appears he died of natural causes.
WBRSO Public Affairs Coordinator Sgt. Landon Groger said that it is also suspected that the man was homeless.
This is an ongoing investigation.
