ST. FRANCISVILLE, La. (BRPROUD) — The St. Francisville Police Department is investigating after one person was taken to the hospital after a shooting at a Dollar General.
According to the police, officers responded to the Dollar General on Hwy 61 on Thursday, Sept. 14 where one man was shot. He was reportedly taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
Police arrested Robert Washington, 27, and charged him with two counts of attempted second-degree murder. No bond has been set for Washington yet.
No further information about the victim or the suspect was immediately available.
