BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The first Shake Shack location in Baton Rouge is officially opening on Monday, Nov. 14.

Shake Shack officials said the restaurant located near the Mall of Louisiana at 6651 Bluebonnet Boulevard will open its doors at 11 a.m. Operating hours will be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

For its grand opening, there will be limited edition swag giveaways in partnership with local artist Aline Moreaux, a ribbon cutting with the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and live entertainment, according to restaurant officials.

“We are excited to open in Baton Rouge and become strong members of the community,” said Andrew McCaughan, chief development officer at Shake Shack. “At Shake Shack, we focus on delivering uplifting hospitality and a menu full of premium ingredients, whether you join us in our dining room, grab a seat on our patio, or pick up through our drive thru lane. Our team is gearing up and will be ready to serve delicious burgers, fries and shakes as soon we open our doors.”

The restaurant will be donating $1 to the nonprofit Three O’Clock Project for every sandwich sold on Nov. 14.
