BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Tiger fans can hop on a ride to and from LSU during football season via Capital Area Transit System (CATS) at three locations in Baton Rouge.
CATS said the Touchdown TRAX service begins three hours before kickoff and one hour after the game. Tickets are $10 per person round trip or LSU football fans can buy a Touchdown TRAX Season Pass for all home games at $60 per person.
Tickets for the service go on sale Friday, Aug. 19. Tickets can be purchased at the CATS terminal, online, through the CATS x UMO app, or from CATS staff at pick-up spots on game days.
“All of us at CATS are excited to see Coach Brian Kelly and our Fightin’ Tigers play a fantastic 2022 season! If you’re ready to GEAUX to the game, CATS can get you there,” said CATS interim CEO Dwana Williams. “Touchdown TRAX is just another way our CATS team is going the extra mile to provide quality transit service for the people of Baton Rouge and Baker. Touchdown TRAX not only gets you to the game safely, but helps improve game day traffic by reducing the number of cars on campus – it’s a win for everyone!”
Where to get picked up and dropped off in Baton Rouge:
- L’Auberge Casino & Hotel
- Interstate 110 Underpass at Florida Blvd. in downtown
- Hotel Indigo in downtown
CATS said passengers will be dropped off on campus near the LSU softball fields.
