SORRENTO, La. (BRPROUD) – Saturday, March 25 was evidently the day to try and play the Easy 5 game and Powerball in Ascension Parish.

A winning Easy 5 ticket worth $100,000 was sold at Bellina’s Grocery on St. Patrick Street. According to the Louisiana Lottery Corporation, a winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Sorrento on the same day. That ticket was purchased at Rende’s Quick Stop located at 7337 John Leblanc Blvd.

The winning numbers for Saturday’s drawing were 15,17,18, 47, 57 and 19. The winning ticket in Sorrento had four of the first five numbers and the Powerball number.

The next Powerball drawing is on Saturday, April 1. The upcoming drawing will have an advertised annuity of $147,000,000 and a cash value totaling $79,500,000.
