BATON ROUGE, LA (BRPROUD) – One suspect has been arrested and police officials are searching for at least three others who are accused of kidnapping and raping a 15-year old teen.

According to the victim, on February 18, 2020 she ran away from a group home in Baker. Upon arriving at a gas station in the area, she asked a man standing outside if she could use his phone to make a phone call.

This man is described as a light skinned black man with a bald head, gold teeth and only having one leg. Before the teen could make a call, the man allegedly snatched the phone away from her, drew a gun and forced her to get in the car.

The affidavit states that the victim ended up a house on Alexander Avenue where she was forced to take trugs prior to being sexually assaulted by at least four people.

One of the alleged attackers Keyera Winston has been arrested in connection with the case. She’s been charged with second-degree kidnapping and first-degree rape.

She is being held in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a $450,000 bond.
